Where to place an exit sign

Exit Signs must be placed appropriately both to satisfy OSHA regulations and to ensure safety in your facility. Any occupant should be able to find an exit to a facility from any location in that facility. This means that if the exit is not apparent, there should be an exit sign in line-of-sight. Also, any door or hallway that does not lead to an exit, should be clearly labeled as so. If you are unsure of where to place you exit sign, consult your local fire inspector.
