The Greentorch GTDV series contains four models of vandal proof indoor electrical exit signs. The GTDV4 is made from die-cast aluminum and features direct view LEDs (light emitting diodes). Direct view models feature over 110 individual LEDs that spell out the word “EXIT”. Direct view exit signs are the brightest, most visible models available today. The GTDV5 and GTDV6 are constructed from durable 20-gauge galvanized steel. The GTDV7 uses the same 20-gauge galvanized steel but is illuminated by an internal light strip.

When faced with an outdoor vandal proof exit sign application there are a number of models to consider. The XWL series is constructed of a corrosion resistant polycarbonate that is suitable for wet location environments. The XWLC combines two rugged lamp heads with the XWL exit sign to create an exit sign with emergency light . The lamp heads can be mounted on the top or onto the side.

The CA-IND and GTRVE are cast aluminum vandal proof exit signs with polycarbonate face covers. The CA-IND can be outfitted with an internal heater to maintain emergency operation functionality in environments where temperatures drop below 32º F. The GTRVE can be manufactured with a custom panel that features the wording and graphic of your choice. Both models include tamperproof hardware and are capable of top, side, and back mounting configurations.

Greentorch are a non-electrical vandal proof type of exit sign. use tritium, a type of hydrogen gas that interacts with a phosphor compound to create light. The tritium and phosphor compound are encapsulated in borosilicate glass tubes arranged to spell the word “EXIT”. These tubes are encased in an ABS thermoplastic housing with polycarbonate shield. Our self-luminous exit sign vandal proof capabilities are increased when adding a cast aluminum recessed pan housing.
