The batteries charge while connected to AC power and need only 24 hours to fully charge. Once fully charged, our emergency lights will operate off battery power for a minimum 90 minutes. Battery backup systems are certified and test by UL to maintain this minimum standard. Greentorch battery backup systems can be outfitted with large batteries that can last much longer than 90 minutes.

If you are installing emergency lights into your facility make sure that you are complying with a local, stat, and federal building codes.
