Light exit signs are more commonly referred to as illuminated exit signs. Illuminated exit signs are signs, featuring the word “EXIT”, that utilize an internal light source for illumination. Illuminated exit signs are placed above doorways and throughout corridors of buildings, providing a visual guide to the nearest outside exit.
