ID1.1-1.4 are innovation in design credits that give projects the opportunity to earn extra points through creativity. If a project goes past exemplary performance, you can earn an extra innovation point. Original ideas such as an environmental education programs and green housekeeping strategies are common in projects.
ID2 is a credit that is fulfilled on almost all projects. If you have a professional on site to help guide the process, you receive an extra point. The AP is responsible for facilitating the whole process, as well as educating all team members about green building design.
