A glow dark sign is a sign that glows in the dark by using photoluminescent technology. Greentorch manufactures a number of different glow-in-the-dark signs. All of our glow-in-the-dark signs use industrial grade photoluminescent pigment that absorbs ambient light and then glows for hours when placed in dark conditions. The Blade series is the most eco-friendly exit sign in the industry. The Blade is constructed from 99% recycled aluminum and can be fully recycled at the end of its 25-year lifespan. The Blade is offered with face color choices of red, green, or black on the 50-foot viewing distance model. The 75-foot viewing distance model is available with letter colors of red or green. The Blade comes standard with a ¾” black aluminum frame and is also available with a flush mount low profile brushed aluminum frame. The Blade is ideal for both ceiling and floor level applications.

If you are looking for a sign that glows-in-the-dark but ambient light is not available Greentorch self-luminous signs are the right choice for you. Self-luminous signs use Tritium, a type of hydrogen gas, that illuminates with no outside power source needed and glows for 10, 15, or 20 years depending on the model purchased. Our self-luminous signs can be ordered with face color choices of red, green, black, or white with frame colors of black or white. The SLX has a 100-foot viewing distance and the SLE has a 125-foot viewing distance. Greentorch self-luminous signs install easily and are available in single and double-faced configurations.
