Exit signs with lights are more commonly known as combination exit signs with emergency lights. Combination models are a highly popular choice for people seeking to fulfill both an emergency light and exit sign requirement. Exit signs and emergency lights are required by state and federal building codes to facilitate the safe and quick exit of building occupants during emergency situations. The most popular combination exit sign with emergency light is the EXS series. Its affordability makes it an attractive choice. The EXS combines an efficient LED exit sign with powerful emergency lights. A standard 6-volt battery charges while hard-wired to the electrical system and when AC power is lost the battery kicks in, illuminating the exit sign and incandescent lamps heads. The pair of 5.4-watt incandescent lamp heads is side mounted, one on each side of the exit sign. They are attached via a swivel base that allows for 220ยบ of rotation horizontally and can also be adjusted vertically. The EXS is available in black or white housing colors with red or green letter colors. The EXS can be configured for either single or double-faced applications with the included second faceplate.

The BBY is a smaller version of the EXS and utilizes top-mounted MR16 light bulbs for more compact emergency light illumination. The exit sign portion of the BBY is low profile and features rounded corners. The BBY is only available in a single sided version and can be top, side, or back mounted. We have numerous other models of combination exit signs with emergency lights, one of which will satisfy your specific application.

The LPWXC is a combination LED exit sign with side mounted emergency lamps for outdoor locations exposed to the elements. The LPWXC is enclosed in a fully gasketed polycarbonate enclosure for maximum moisture protection. The LPWXC is suitable for back mounting applications and can be ordered with standard round emergency lamps or with compact halogen MR16 bulbs.
