Exit Sign with Light

An exit sign with light is an exit sign that is attached to an emergency light. These units are commonly referred to as a combination exit sign with emergency light. The advantage to combination units is that they combine two mandatory exit fixtures together while only one installation location and source of electricity is necessary. Combination units use less than five watts electricity to illuminate the LED exit sign portion. The emergency light portion is only activated during emergencies. When AC power is lost, the internal battery backup system keeps exit sign and emergency light operable for a minimum of 90 minutes as required by local, state, and federal building codes. Our most popular exit sign and emergency light combination is the EXS series. The EXS series combines affordability and efficiency. The EXS series is available in housing colors of white or black with letter colors of red or green. Two 5.4-watt incandescent lamps are side mounted and swivel up to 220º. Two faceplates and one backplate are included for single and double-sided applications. The EXS series is capable of back and top mounting configurations.

If you are looking for a compact combination unit the BBY is a great choice. The BBY combines a low profile LED exit sign with compact and powerful halogen MR16 lamp heads. The MR16 lamp heads are top-mounted and feature gyroscopic swivel construction for ultimate maneuverability. The BBY is a single sided unit, suitable for top, side, or back mounting, and available in a white housing color.

The XWLC is our most affordable wet location combination model. The two 5.4-watt emergency lamps can be mounted to the top or side of the unit. The XWLC is suitable for single-sided installations. A clear polycarbonate face cover and fully gasketed construction seals out moisture.
