Emergency exits are exits used when leaving a building during an emergency. Emergency exits and the path to the emergency exits are required to be marked with lighted exit signs by local, state, and federal building codes. Greentorch carries both electrical and non-electrical exit signs. Electrical exit signs are ideal for retrofit installations and locations at which electricity is easily available. Non-electrical exit signs are ideal for locations at which electricity is not easily accessible and eliminates the need and cost for hiring an electrician to run conduit. We manufacture all of the exit signs that we sell and bring you factory direct pricing. All of our exit signs come with a minimum five year warranty and are code compliant throughout the United States and Canada.

The EXIT series is our most popular line of electrical exit signs. The EXIT series features flame-retardant ABS thermoplastic construction and energy efficient LEDs that provide powerful and even illumination. The EXIT series is available in a white or black housing with red or green LEDs. The EXIT series can be mounted by the top, back, or side and comes with one backplate and two faceplates for single or double-sided installations. The EXIT series is UL listed and suitable for indoor installation locations.

The Blade series is our most popular line of photoluminescent exit signs. Photoluminescent exit signs use glow-in-the-dark technology to illuminate the word “EXIT”. Photoluminescent exit signs are suitable for locations where light will be present on the face of the exit sign when the building is occupied. The Blade features 99% recycled aluminum construction with face color choices of red, green, or black. Framing options include standard black aluminum frame or an optional flush mount low profile brushed aluminum frame. Installation is simple and all hardware needed is included. The Blade is offered in 50-foot and 75-foot UL Listed viewing distances.

If light is not present on the face of the sign when the building is occupied, feel safe and comfortable choosing a non-electrical, self-luminous exit sign. Self-luminous exit signs use an internal chemical reaction to illuminate the word “EXIT” and can be placed in light or dark environments. Greentorch self-luminous exit signs have face color choices of red, green, or black with frame color choices of white or black. Constructed from ABS thermoplastic, the SLE has a 125-foot viewing distance and the SLX has a 100-foot viewing distance; B models are UL Listed.
