A 12 volt emergency light is an emergency light that utilizes a 12-volt battery to provide illumination to emergency lamp heads when AC power is lost. 12-volt are popular for commercial and industrial applications that require high wattage lamp heads. 12-volt can handle higher wattage lamp heads than conventional 6-volt . 12-volt with high wattage capacities are often used in conjunction with remote lamp heads, which allows for the installation if fewer lighting fixtures. Conduit is run from the high-wattage emergency lighting unit to the remote lamp heads. When AC power is lost, the battery in the fixture illuminates the lamp heads fixated to the unit and all remote heads connected to the unit. The ESS industrial emergency light series is offered in a 12-volt 54-watt model that can be outfitted with either PAR 18 or PAR 36 style lamp heads that are top or front mounted. The ESS series can be surface ceiling or wall mounted. The wall mounting features front or top mounted lamp heads and the ceiling mounting features bottom or front mounted lamp heads. The housing is constructed of 20 gauge steel powder coated in white. Additional options include auto-test, voltmeter, ammeter, time delay, tamperproof hardware, a cord set, and upgrading to a battery.

The EMS industrial emergency light series is offered in both a 12-volt 36-watt and 12-volt 54-watt models. The EMS features top mounted PAR 18 and PAR 36 lamp heads. This unit is suitable for back and bottom surface mounting. The EMS is offered with the same additional options as the ESS series.

The ETS is a larger industrial emergency light, suitable for more industrial applications, and is offered in five 12-volt models: 36, 54, 72, 100, and 125-watt capacities. The ETS series is constructed from 20-gauge steel; powder coated in white and can be outfitted with PAR 18 and PAR 46 lamps. The lamps mount to the top of the unit and feature a sealed valve regulated lead acid battery. Additional options are the same as the ESS and EMS series.
