GreenTorch™ LED PureBright LED Light Strips
Maintenance Free Lighting of the Future
GreenTorch LED PureBright Light Strips offer
an ultra-energy efficient lighting solution for:
- Cove Lighting
- Accent Lighting
- Decorative Lighting
- Bar and Freezer Cabinets
- Refrigerated Display Lighting
- Under-cabinet Lighting
- Walkway Lighting
By replacing fluorescent bulbs with GreenTorch PureBright Light Strips your business will significantly reduce their cove and accent lighting costs. Using only 2.5 watts of power per linear foot, our LED light strips typically pay for themselves through energy savings in less than a year. This energy efficiency is accomplished without sacrificing light color or quality.
LEDs are suitable replacements>Fluorescent lighting systems have become the standard lighting source in many commercial and residential facilities. Fluorescent lighting systems are more energy efficient than incandescent systems, but compromise aesthetic quality to achieve this desired efficiency. Fluorescent lighting systems emit cold blue-white light that flickers and the ballasts used produce an annoying buzz. LED light strips can wall wash color more efficiently because we can control the angles of the LEDs as well as change the colors of the LEDs. If you would prefer to have your walls one of several million colors one day, and change the color the next, LED makes this possible. For most applications this is excessive. It does demonstrate the versatility of the technology.
Simplification of System and Increase Efficiency.
LED PureBright Light Strips are more energy efficient
and aesthetically pleasing than fluorescent lighting systems. Our LED
strips use significantly less electricity than standard fluorescent light
bulbs and do not require hazardous ballasts; reducing overhead costs tremendously.
With GreenTorch LED’s you no longer need to use blue-white light; we
can customize a solution to match the color you desire. Best of all our
LED PureBright Light Strips have an estimated life span of over 100,000
hours. LED PureBright Light Strips are offered in lengths as small as
four inches and as long as seven feet in a variety of colors.
Application Usages?
Greentorch's Pure Bright Light Strips have been used in areas typically of wall wash lighting by Fluorescent T8, T5, or 18" U shaped bulbs. The long length and thin profile allows for the LED strips to securely be placed along the course of the cove without having to remove the current system. Oftentime, the lines to the fluorescent fixtures are cut and left in place. Out of the site of customers, the previous system can be left alone until time permits removal. In field applications show that the gaps between the housing of the fluorescent fixtures as they lay in sequence top to bottom are closed up by the LEDs preventing the checkboarding of hot-spots. This allows for a smooth glow to consistently grace the distance of the wall. Also, coves, both vertical and horizontal are very restricted spaces. The LED light strips can use double sided tape to adhere into these small openings. Trying to get your hands into the small gap, is something you would need to think about again in about 12 years. Most applications pay back in about 1.5 years and then create a windfall of savings thereafter.
